LEADERSHIP

There are six values for which great teams are made and flourish. These values are crucial to success within organizations and each value is supported by each other. I work to apply these core values to my everyday life and professional development.

It’s important to create an environment of openness where people feel part of a shared vision, sharing the “why” behind the decisions that are made.

Be attentive and engage in meaningful ways. Actively seek to improve ideas through conversation and respectful debate, and intentionally keep lines of communication open between groups.

VALUE YOUR PARTNERS

How you work with others is as important as the work you do. Disagreements will inevitably happen, but we leave people intact, because we build relationships on a personal level.

KEEP IT FRESH

Challenge the status quo. What worked yesterday isn’t going to work today and it is important to take risks, calculated risks, because ideation always brings value.

BE CURIOUS

Try something new, and measure how it performed. Don’t let challenges stop you from finding a solution. Ask questions, explore and turn things inside out to make it better.

Excellent teams are made of individuals whose unique talents elevate the collective. Take time to recognize accomplishments and contributions for the wins, especially when you’re all on the same team.
