I can remember starting as a young person getting the opportunity to serve in my churches production team as a grip. Being able to serve I was able to learn on many platforms and positions. From camera operator, live video director, and lighting director all that experience allowed me to connect well with the "techies"

Leading a production team and helping them build systems and harness the technical knowledge and focus that into a creative way of building a service has been very rewarding.

My greatest accomplishment was building a true team culture with invites to our home and growing deeper in relationship with those I served with.
